Transaction Manager

Patti Swisher, a licensed Realtor, assures that all documents are created, signed, and distributed to all parties in a timely manner. She initiates contact when necessary to monitor the completion of all tasks required for all listings and sales. Patti is also the primary point of contact with lenders to bring short sale transactions to a successful close.

Licensed Assistant

Mim Warner, a licensed Realtor, handles administrative duties and helps implement my unique marketing plan designed to get your home sold. She will keep you advised of progress by phone and through my listing service reports. Mim also assists with our closings. You can feel confident in her assistance in my absence.

Buyer's Agents

Kathy Bricker and Len Melcher are also full time licensed Realtors who are available to show our listings and represent buyers. All team members can be counted on to assist you in my absence.
